Marinate 1 kg chicken with 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
