1/2 cup ghee (around 125gm)
3 black cardamom

2 cinnamon sticks
20 pepper corns
3 bay leaves

3 liters hot water
salt to taste
4.5 cups basmati rice (soaked for 30 mins)
6 green chillies
pinch saffron (soaked with broth)
pinch red food colour
