Dice one large onion and one large green pepper.

Mince four cloves of garlic.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 2 lbs of ground beef (80/20) to the skillet.

Cook until the beef is browned and the veggies are slightly softened, about 6-7 minutes.
