Place the cleaned chicken feet in a pressure cooker for 12 minutes with the spices: cumin, peppers, cilantro, onion, garlic, and thyme.

After 12 minutes, remove the chicken feet from the pressure cooker; they should be very tender.

Prepare additional ingredients: chopped onion, chopped red and green peppers, 2 Roma tomatoes, crushed garlic, and chopped serrano pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.

Add the chopped onion to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant.
