⅔ lb cavatappi pasta or tubular, spiral, shelled, or any small filled pasta of your choice, cooked and cooled
8 oz fresh mushrooms of your choice, sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
1½ tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt, plus more to taste
1 tsp ground black pepper, plus more to taste

Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

Dredge the chicken in your flour mixture.

Heat the oil and half of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat then sear the chicken until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
