Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan. Sauté ginger-garlic paste. Add 500g chicken with bones, salt, red chilli powder, soya sauce, and cumin powder. Mix well, cover and cook until tender.

Debone the chicken and shred it finely.

In a pan, sauté chopped ginger, garlic, 1 medium chopped onion, and green capsicum. Lightly fry everything.

Mix the shredded chicken with the sautéed veggies. Add some boiled corn, 2 spoons Schezwan chutney, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, and grated cheese. Your stuffing is ready.

Trim the edges of bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.

Apply maida slurry on edges, place filling in the center, fold to form a pocket, and seal edges by pressing with fingers and a fork.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
