Sea moss drink with lemon, honey and lime

Rinse sea moss thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris.

Soak the rinsed sea moss in water for 12-24 hours until it expands and softens.

Drain and rinse the soaked sea moss again.

Blend the sea moss with fresh water until smooth and creamy.

Add coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey, lime juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the blender.

Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor as desired.

Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve over ice and enjoy chilled.
