40 grams dried Sea Moss
Filtered or Mineral Water
1 liter Plant-Based Milk
500 ml Sea Moss Jelly
500 ml Coconut Condensed Milk
1 1/2 teaspoon Mixed Essence
1/4 teaspoon Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Place the dried sea moss in a bowl with water until the moss is fully submerged.

Cover the bowl and allow the sea moss to soak for 24-48 hours in the fridge.

Strain, wash, and rinse the sea moss, then place in a blender.

Slowly add 100 ml of water to the blender as you purée the sea moss into a thick pudding-like consistency. This should make around 500 ml of Sea Moss Jelly.

Place the dried sea moss in a bowl with water until the moss is fully submerged.

Cover the bowl and allow the sea moss to soak for 30 - 60 minutes on the counter.

Strain and remove the soaked sea moss from the water and place it in a pot with 1000 ml of water. Bring to a boil for 30 minutes or until the mixture has thickened.

Remove the mixture from the heat. Allow time for the variety to cool to room temperature.

Place sea moss and water mixture into a blender and purée until a thick pudding-like consistency.

Add all ingredients and process thoroughly to get a smooth texture using a blender.

Serve in a glass with ice or add ice to the blender and process until smooth.
