2 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Rinse 1 cup of dried sea moss under cold water to remove any debris.

Soak the rinsed sea moss in 2 cups of water for 12-24 hours until it expands and becomes soft.

Drain the soaked sea moss and place it in a blender.

Add 1 cup of fresh water, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of honey (if using) to the blender.
