Blackened Grouper Topped With Lemon Butter Sauce

Blackened Grouper
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Season the grouper with salt, black pepper, and blackened seasoning liberally.
Heat a skillet with olive oil until hot.
Place the seasoned grouper in the skillet, away from you, and cook for approximately 5 minutes until toasted on one side.
Flip the fish and cook for another 5 minutes until toasted on the other side.
Transfer the fish to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
In the same skillet, add more olive oil and then add butter to melt and reduce.
Add a hint of salt to the butter mixture.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the mixture and allow it to reduce.
Add chopped fresh parsley to the mixture and let it cook down a little.
Pour in heavy cream and allow it to reduce until it becomes a nice creamy sauce, adding a pinch of salt to taste.
Once the sauce is creamy and yellow, take it off the heat and prepare to plate.
Plate the grouper and pour the lemon cream sauce over it, then sprinkle with parsley.
