Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roast or bake 1 chicken breast for about 30 minutes.
Check the chicken for doneness; it may still be slightly pink inside.
Chop the chicken breast and add it to a mixing bowl.
Chop up 12 ounces of mushrooms, including the stems, and add to the bowl.
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly before using them.
Chop up baby spinach by crunching it with your hand before cutting.
Add the gnocchi to the mixing bowl.
Pour in 1 jar of alfredo sauce and mix everything together.
Add 8 ounces of parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch by 9-inch baking dish and flatten it out.
Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
If not cooked enough, return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes without the foil to brown the cheese.
