Rinse lemon sole under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the fish with salt and black pepper.
Dredge the fish lightly in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Carefully flip the fish and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the fish from the skillet and place on a serving plate.
Add more butter and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with chopped parsley.
