Boil 1.5 kg of chicken in a pot covered with boiling water.

Add 10 whole black pepper, 4 cardamom pods, and 1 small peeled onion to the pot.

Cover the pot and cook the chicken on high heat for half an hour.

After half an hour, remove the chicken and onion from the pot and discard the onion.

Brush the chicken with soft butter until fully covered.

Sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper over the chicken.

Strain the rice and add it to the pot where the chicken was cooked.

Cover the pot and cook the rice on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until done.

If the water is low, add a little more water to the rice.

After half an hour, add 2 cups of milk, 100 g of butter, 0.5 tbsp of Ain Moto, and 2 tbsp of Roxy salt to the rice.

Continue cooking the rice uncovered for another 5 to 10 minutes until thick and soft.

Place the cooked rice in a serving dish and top with the chicken.

Pour any remaining butter from the cooking pan over the chicken and brush with ghee.
