1 tablespoon vinegar
4 oz lotus root
4 oz bamboo shoots
4 oz taro roots
2 cups carrots
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cups dashi

Slice ginger, remove the skin, and cut into julienne.

Make shallow slices on both sides of the konyaku, then cut into halves and bite-sized pieces.
