Wash and clean the oxtail thoroughly.
Season the oxtail with salt and black pepper.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, and oxtail seasoning to the oxtail.
Mix in ground cloves, paprika, and browning sauce.
Add Jamaican jerk seasoning and fresh garlic to the mixture.
Incorporate green seasoning and mix well to ensure the oxtail is well coated with the spices.
Allow the seasoned oxtail to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Transfer the marinated oxtail to the slow cooker.
Add scallion and organic bell peppers to the slow cooker.
Incorporate the butter beans, coconut milk, extra virgin olive oil, and apple cider vinegar into the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook for about 4 hours, checking for tenderness.
After 3 hours, stir the mixture to combine flavors and check tenderness.
If desired, add ketchup to thicken the gravy and stir well.
Continue cooking until the oxtail is tender and falling off the bone.
