Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat a 9 by 13 inch dish with cooking spray.

Place 1 cup long grain rice on the bottom of the dish.

Cover rice with 1/2 cup water and 3/4 package of onion soup mix.

In a large bowl, mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Cut one chicken into 8 pieces and place on top of the rice layer.

Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.

Sprinkle with paprika and remaining onion soup mix.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
