1

Start by preparing the marinade for the chicken.

2

For 1.5 pounds of chicken, measure out 4 cups of olive oil and pour it into a container.

3

Add 4 cups of balsamic vinegar to the olive oil.

4

Measure and add 1/8 cup of soy sauce and 1/8 cup of Worcestershire sauce.

5

Add approximately 1/16 cup of lemon juice (half of an eighth cup).

6

Add 2/3 cup of brown sugar to the mixture.

7

Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard to the marinade.

8

Season with a little bit of salt and black pepper.

9

Add about 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of rosemary to the marinade.

10

Seal the bag with the marinade and mix it together.

11

Add the thin sliced chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.

12

Seal the bag and let the chicken marinate overnight.

13

The next day, preheat the Weber grill.

14

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.

15

Place the chicken on one side of the grill.

16

Prepare the pineapple by cutting off the top and bottom, then slicing it into strips.

17

Cut around the core of the pineapple to create strips that can be picked up easily.

18

Once the chicken is halfway done (or within 5 minutes of being done), place the pineapple on the grill.

19

Grill the pineapple for about 2 minutes on one side, then flip it over and grill for another 2 minutes until heated through and marked.

20

While grilling, place buttered baguettes on the top rack of the grill to warm them up.

21

After grilling the pineapple for 2 minutes on each side, remove it from the grill and drizzle honey over it.

22

Remove the chicken from the grill and serve with the grilled pineapple and baguettes.
