Moroccan Vegetable Tagine

Mix in chickpeas and diced tomatoes; stir well to combine.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
Add cinnamon, cumin, ginger, paprika, and coriander; stir to incorporate spices.
Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 30-40 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed; stir in fresh cilantro before serving.
