2 chicken breasts (cut into smaller pieces)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup orange juice (non-concentrate)
1 oz granulated garlic (about 1 shot glass)
1 oz lemon juice (about 1 shot glass)
1 oz lime juice (optional)
1 oz vegetable mix (carrots, red bell peppers, onion, green bell peppers, parsley, celery)
2 tbsp chipotle pepper
1 oz cumin
1/2 cup Lorrie's carne asada seasoning

Trim the cilantro and set aside.

Peel the onion and set aside.

Cut chicken breasts into smaller pieces.

Measure out 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and set aside.

Measure out 1/2 cup of non-concentrate orange juice and set aside.

Measure out 1 oz of granulated garlic and set aside.

Measure out 1 oz of lemon juice and set aside (lime juice is optional).

Measure out 1 oz of vegetable mix and set aside.

Measure out 2 tbsp of chipotle pepper and set aside.

Measure out 1 oz of cumin and set aside.

Measure out 1/2 cup of Lorrie's carne asada seasoning and set aside.

Add the onion, cilantro, vegetable oil, orange juice, garlic, lemon juice, vegetable mix, chipotle pepper, cumin, and carne asada seasoning into a blender.

Blend all the ingredients until well mixed to create the marinade.

Put on gloves and handle the raw chicken, ensuring to wash hands afterwards.

Place the chicken pieces into a marinating container or a Ziploc bag.

Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Seal the container or Ziploc bag, removing as much air as possible.

If using a FoodSaver, use it to marinate by pumping out the air and shaking the container to help the marinade penetrate the chicken.

Let the chicken marinate for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
