Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
Layer madala on the bottom half of the rolls, overlapping slices.
Add capicola on top of the madala.
Layer salami on top of the capicola.
Add sliced tomatoes on top of the salami.
Sprinkle a little kosher salt over the tomatoes.
Add sliced banana peppers on top of the tomatoes.
Drizzle a tiny bit of red wine vinegar over the toppings.
Sprinkle oregano over the top.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the toppings.
Layer provolone cheese (Picante) on top of the other ingredients.
Place the top half of the rolls back on to close the sliders.
Place the assembled sliders in the oven at 400ยฐF for 5 to 6 minutes until the cheese melts.
