1 cup pasta
2 big size tomatoes
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp onion
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
pepper powder to taste
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 cup capsicum
cheese

Boil 4 cups of water and add salt to taste.

Add 1 cup of pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente, then keep aside.

Cut 2 big tomatoes into small pieces and blend until smooth, then keep aside.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet and add 2 tbsp of chopped onion; cook until translucent.

Add the blended tomato and 1/2 cup of water to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 tsp of chili powder, 1/2 tsp of chili flakes, 1/2 tsp of oregano, pepper powder to taste, 1/2 tsp of garlic, and 1/2 tsp of ginger; add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup of capsicum to the sauce and mix well.

Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve hot, topped with cheese and extra chili flakes.
