Pat the frozen dory fish fillets dry.
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of flour with 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and turmeric.
Dust the fish fillets with the seasoned flour mixture.
Heat corn oil in a pan to medium heat, about half a centimeter deep.
Check the oil temperature by dropping a piece of fish in; it should not sizzle too aggressively.
Carefully place the fish fillets in the hot oil.
Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping once or twice.
Once cooked, remove the fish and place it on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
