How to Make the Strawberry Margarita Mixed Drink

Mezcal can be a more affordable alternative with a similar flavor profile.

Fill a martini glass with water and ice and let it set for about 30 seconds to chill.

Get a mixing glass and fill it up with ice.

Measure out 0.5 ounces of strawberry schnapps and add it to the mixing glass.

Add 1 ounce of tequila to the mixing glass.

Add 0.5 ounces of triple sec to the mixing glass.

Add 1 ounce of lemon juice to the mixing glass.

Shake the mixture well.

Dump out the ice water from the martini glass.

Optionally rim the glass with sugar or salt (not done in the video).

Pour the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Add diced strawberries to the drink.
