Mix the warm water with the yeast and sugar.
Mix the flour with the salt and add to the water and yeast.
Knead the dough with your hands until smooth (about 5 minutes).
Cover with cling film and a towel and let it rise for 3 hours.
Shape the dough with your hands after the 3 hours and place it on a tray with baking paper, dusting it with a little bit of flour.
Let it rise again for 30-40 minutes.
Fill a tray with water and place it on the bottom in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 450F/230C and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the tray with water and bake for 20 more minutes on 400F/200C, until nice golden-brown crust color.
