Chill a coupe glass and set it aside.

Prepare a pineapple leaf garnish.

Add grenadine and pineapple juice to a shaker.

Add freshly squeezed lime juice to balance the ingredients.

Pour in green chartreuse.

Add apple gin.

Add cubed ice to the shaker.

Shake the mixture for 10 seconds.

Open the shaker and taste the mixture.

Empty the ice from the coupe glass.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Fix the pineapple leaf onto the rim of the coupe glass.

Rinse the equipment and replace it.

Present and serve the cocktail.
