300 gms Boneless Chicken thighs
1.5 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1.5 tsp Red Chilli flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Sriracha Chilli sauce
1.5 tsp Grated ginger
5-6 cloves Garlic chopped
3 Whole red chillies, halved
1-1.5 tsp White sesame seeds
3 tbsp Spring onion greens
2 tbsp Oil

Cut the thigh boneless fillets into 1” pieces.

Add all the ingredients for the marinade into a bowl and whisk well.

Add the chicken pieces into the marinade and mix well to coat the pieces.

Set aside for around 30 mins.

Just before frying, add the cornflour and mix well.

Heat oil in a wok and add the chicken pieces.

Stir fry on medium high heat for around 4-5 mins till the pieces are browned.

Add the grated ginger and fine chopped garlic, mix and stir fry on medium heat for another 2 mins.

Add the sriracha sauce, cut red chillies, and white sesame seeds.

Stir fry on medium heat for a minute, then garnish with chopped spring onion greens.

Mix and serve hot!
