1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt
8 pieces chicken (legs, thighs, or breasts)

4 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour

Combine granulated garlic, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, parsley, and salt to make a spice mix.

Wash and clean the chicken, removing excess moisture with a paper towel.
