1 tin condensed milk
300 grams white chocolate chips

Crush 28 Oreos using a food processor or a bag and rolling pin until finely crushed.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with 110 grams of melted salted butter until it resembles wet sand.

Line an 8 by 10-inch baking tin with baking paper, ensuring there's overhang around the edges.

Pour the Oreo mixture into the lined tin and press it down firmly to create an even base.

Pour a whole tin of condensed milk over the Oreo base, ensuring it is fully covered.

Add 300 grams of white chocolate chips on top of the condensed milk.

Break 20 Oreos into quarters and sprinkle them on top, pressing them down with the back of a fork.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (fan) or 180 degrees Celsius (regular) for 30 to 35 minutes until the edges are dark brown and caramelized, and the middle is light brown.

Let the bars cool fully in the tin before cutting them into 16 to 20 pieces.
