1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 green onions
1/4 cup peanuts
