Wash chicken pieces with white vinegar.
Shell and wash prawns with half a lime.
Chop celery, thyme, garlic, onion, and sweet peppers.
Blend green seasoning with thyme, onion, garlic, ginger, and peppers.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot and fry chicken for about 2 minutes, covering it.
Add garlic, ginger, green seasoning, tomato cubes, five spice, and salt to the chicken, cover, and cook until water evaporates.
Fry shrimp in 1 tablespoon of oil with green seasoning and salt for about 5 minutes, then set aside.
Wash 2 cups of rice until water runs clear, then fry in 3 tablespoons of oil for about 2 minutes.
Add fried rice seasoning, five spice, garlic, ginger, pepper paste, sugar, and salt to the rice, then add 2 cups of water and cover to steam on low heat.
Chop vegetables (sweet peppers, bora, carrots) for frying.
Once rice is cooked and fluffy, divide it in half; add chicken to one half and shrimp to the other half.
Heat oil and fry carrots and bora for about 1 minute, then add sweet peppers, sweet corn, and celery, cooking for another 2 minutes.
Blend eggs with a small pepper, flour, and salt, then pour into a nonstick pan to make an egg pancake, flipping to cook both sides.
Cut the egg pancake into strips and mix into the fried rice.
