In a large bowl combine butter, sugar and eggs. Mix the ingredients.
Add milk, chocolate cream, cocoa powder, baking powder and flour while continuously mixing the ingredients.
Transfer the final mixture to a pan. Bake it at 356ºF/180ºC for 35 minutes.
In a pot heat and stir heavy cream. After it reaches the simmering point add white chocolate. Heat & stir until it melts.
Mix the heavy cream in a large bowl. Combine it with the white chocolate cream you just prepared. Add ricotta and continue mixing the ingredients.
Take the cake out of the oven and remove the insides of the cake until it's shaped like a bowl. Place some bananas inside. Fill the rest with the cream you prepared. Cover the top of the cake with the cake crumbs you just removed.
