Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and fold in raisins, nuts, and lemon zest.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the loaf for 30-35 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
