Combine warm water and sugar in a bowl; let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Strong White Flour, salt, cinnamon.
Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, milk, egg to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-2 hours.
Punch down the risen dough and fold in the raisins.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again until doubled, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
