1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2

Melt a couple of tablespoons of butter on a cookie sheet in the oven while preparing the chicken.

3

Dry each chicken leg thoroughly after washing.

4

Season the chicken legs with himalayan salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, regular paprika, and black pepper, massaging the seasonings into the chicken.

5

Coat the seasoned chicken legs with flour and add a couple of teaspoons of baking powder, massaging it in well.

6

Remove the melted butter from the oven and brush it over the foil on the cookie sheet.

7

Place the chicken legs skin side down on the cookie sheet, leaving space between each piece, and ensuring larger pieces are on the ends.

8

Shake off excess flour from the chicken before placing it on the tray.

9

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

10

Turn the chicken over and cook for an additional 30 to 45 minutes until crispy.
