8 ounces mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.

Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season with salt and black pepper.
