2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Season the bone-in skin-on chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper on both sides. Set some seasoning aside for the potatoes.

Cut baby gold potatoes in half and transfer them to a baking pan.
