1

Start by preparing the chicken; you can grill, boil, or use rotisserie chicken. Measure out 2 cups of shredded chicken breast.

2

Take a softened block of cream cheese and set it aside.

3

Prepare the bell peppers by cutting them in half and removing the seeds. Use red and yellow bell peppers.

4

Dice some of the red bell pepper and a handful of green onions, then add them to the bowl with the chicken.

5

Add about 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning and some chicken seasoning to the mixture.

6

Incorporate about a quarter cup of shredded parmesan cheese into the mixture.

7

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

8

Stuff the mixture into the halved bell peppers, packing them generously.

9

Sprinkle a little more chicken seasoning and parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.

10

Pour about half a cup of chicken broth into the baking pan and place the stuffed peppers in it. Cover the pan loosely with foil.

11

Cook the stuffed peppers in an Alpha Wood-Fired oven at about 400°F for roughly 30 minutes.

12

After 20 minutes, check the internal temperature of the peppers with a thermometer; they should be around 105-110°F.

13

After 30 minutes, remove the foil and add more grated parmesan on top of the peppers. Return them to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

14

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
