Combine yeast, water, and sugar; let it rise.
Prepare a flour mix with all-purpose flour and salt.
Add oil to the yeast mixture and pour it into the flour mix to create the dough.
Knead the dough by hand until it forms a ball that no longer sticks to your hands.
Leave the dough to rise for at least an hour in a warm spot.
Prepare roasted garlic and mix it with miso paste and a pinch of sugar until well combined.
Flour your surface and roll out the dough into a 15 by 9 inch sheet, as thin as possible.
Spread the miso garlic paste over the rolled-out dough.
Add a bit of oil and then sprinkle shredded vegan cheese on top.
Roll the dough into a log and seal the edges.
Divide the log into half, twist each piece, and tuck the ends underneath.
Roll each piece; some cheese may pop out, which is fine.
Leave the rolled pieces to prove for 20 minutes.
Pan fry the pieces in a non-stick pan with a bit of oil until golden brown, flipping them over.
Cover the pan to allow the flatbreads to rise a bit more.
Serve and enjoy.
