1 cup sprouts
1/2 cucumber (chopped)
1/2 tomato (chopped)
1/2 carrot (grated)
2 spoons coriander (chopped)
2 spoons mint (chopped)
2 spoons roasted peanuts
1-2 green chilli (finely chopped)
1/2 spoon chat masala
1/4th spoon sugar (optional)
1 spoon lemon juice
salt to taste

Boil the sprouts in 1/4th cup water.

Chop the cucumber and tomato.

Grate the carrot.

Chop the coriander and mint.

Finely chop the green chilli.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: boiled sprouts, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, grated carrot, chopped coriander, chopped mint, roasted peanuts, green chilli, chat masala, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.

Mix well and serve.
