Marinate 1 kilogram of chicken thighs with black pepper, seasoning salt, poultry seasoning, paprika, and onion powder. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.

Prepare other ingredients: dice red bell pepper, onions, and tomatoes. In a bowl, mix curry powder, oregano, thyme, ginger, and garlic paste.

In a hot pot, add about 1 cup of olive oil and the oil from the pan-grilled chicken.
