Add 50ml lemon juice to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon salt.
Add 1 teaspoon cumin.
Add 1 teaspoon red pepper.
Add 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Mix well.
Add the sauce on top of the zucchinis.
Garnish with parsley.
