2 eggs

2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 ounces evaporated milk
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chopped onion

Chop onion from the garden using an electric chopper.

Measure out 1/3 cup of chopped onion and add it to the mixing bowl with ground beef.

Add 2 eggs to the mixing bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixing bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of oregano to the mixing bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder to the mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper to the mixing bowl.

Add 2 cups of crushed Ritz crackers to the mixing bowl.

If the mixture is too soft, add another cup of cracker crumbs, mixing until the desired consistency is reached.

Form the meatball mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the baking sheet and place it in the freezer to freeze the meatballs.

For dinner, take some frozen meatballs and prepare a barbecue sauce by mixing 1 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of chopped onion.
