1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Gather 2 lb of fully cooked meatballs, either store-bought frozen or homemade.

If using Italian sausage, cut the casing with kitchen shears and roll into meatballs.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper to the skillet.

Stir the sauce until it comes to a boil.

Add the 2 lb of fully cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir until it returns to a gentle boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally.

If using warm meatballs, simmer for about 5 minutes. If using cold meatballs, simmer for 10-15 minutes. If using frozen meatballs, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
