  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the olive oil in a multicooker on the sauté setting.
  2. 2Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Add the chicken thighs to the pot, skin-side down, and brown for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4Flip the chicken thighs and brown the other side for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
