Prepare 1 cabbage and brush it with olive oil.
Season with 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, red paprika, and oregano.
Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Prepare a flavorful sauce with 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt/sour cream, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 garlic, and juice of 1/2 lemon.
For the second recipe, take 1/2 cabbage and give it a good squeeze with your hands, then pour boiling water over it and leave for 15 minutes.
Chop 1 onion, 1 carrot, and prepare 250g mushrooms.
In a pan, heat olive oil and butter, and fry the chopped onion and carrot until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Drain the water from the cabbage and lay it out in a dish.
Mix the fried vegetables and mushrooms with the cabbage, adding parsley, green onions, 8 tablespoons oatmeal, and season with 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, red paprika, and 3 eggs.
Mix everything thoroughly and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
After 30 minutes, add 200g mozzarella cheese on top and cook for a further 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Prepare another sauce with 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt/sour cream, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon, and dill.
