1 pack vanilla sugar or 2 tsp vanilla extract
360 grams all-purpose flour (3 cups)
1 pack baking powder or 1 tbsp
30 grams butter (for streusel, 2 tbsp)
1 tbsp sugar (for streusel)
1 tsp orange or lemon zest (for streusel)
1/4 cup flour (for streusel)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp flour (for blueberries)
100 grams mini chocolate chips (1/2 cup, for topping)

Mix all ingredients until it becomes crumbs for the streusel.
