Tofu is a healthier protein source; beans are more economical.

Make a dough of maida, makkai aata, salt and 10 ml oil.

Make a semi hard dough and keep it for rest 10 minutes.

Take a pan, add 30ml oil.

Add chopped onion then garlic chop and cook for 2 minutes.

Add red chilli flakes, oregano and crushed black pepper.

Add fresh tomato puree and cook till semi dry.

Add chopped capsicum, boiled corn and salt.

Cook till water gets absorbed.

Now roll chapati and cook slightly on tawa.

Fill corn mixture in chapati half side and add cheese on top.

Fold chapati and cook on slow flame till crispy.

Serve with tomato salsa and sour cream.
