Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds.

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.

Cut the sausages diagonally.

Take a tortilla and cover one side with a thin layer of butter.

Flip the tortilla over.

Spread cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla.

Add bell pepper strips on top of the cheese.

Add the sliced sausages on top of the peppers.

Top with a little more cheese.

Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.

Place the quesadilla in a hot pan and let it bake until golden brown.
