2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
3 garlic cloves (2 tsp) finely chopped
1.5 cups of uncooked rice
1 cup tomato passata or blended tomatoes
2 cups of chicken broth (or water)
1 chicken bouillon cube or chicken stock cube (optional)
1.5 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon juice
