Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the pastry into squares and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry square.
Slice the peaches and toss them with lemon juice and cinnamon.
Arrange the peach slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center to create a pocket.
Beat the egg and brush it over the pastry edges for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.
Remove the danishes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm danishes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
